Claudia has always been an animal lover and grew up with cats and dogs as pets. She graduated from UC Riverside with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Spanish Literature. She then attended FIDM and obtained a degree in Fashion Design. After working in the fashion industry for 4 years, she decided that the field was not fulfilling for her. She took some time to think about her career goals and while working from home in 2020, realized she wanted to pursue a more rewarding career in the veterinary field. In 2021 she began working as a veterinary assistant. She is currently working on prerequisites for veterinary school and plans to apply in the future.
Outside of work she enjoys movies (especially horror), audiobooks, concerts, and camping. She also loves to force cuddles on her cat, Smuckers.
